Meet the judges here

This years event takes place on 25^th April at the NEC Birmingham.  Winners will be chosen in each of the categories, before being placed in a final run-off to decide the recipient of the ultimate title of Britain’s Best Loaf.

The competition is open to professional bakers, who are encouraged to enter their creations in six categories
