Trusoy HT Soya Flour is a high-quality, enzyme-inactive full-fat soya flour produced from carefully selected heat-treated soya beans. The heat treatment process stabilises the natural oils and deactivates enzymes, ensuring dependable performance in baking applications while maintaining the nutritional value of the raw ingredient. Finely milled for smooth incorporation, it blends easily into mixes without affecting handling characteristics.
Designed as a multifunctional bakery improver, Trusoy enhances both product quality and production efficiency. In cakes and confectionery items it helps retain moisture, resulting in softer textures and extended freshness over time. Bakers benefit from improved yields due to better water absorption and reduced baking losses. The flour can also partially replace added fats in recipes, allowing formulations with lower cholesterol content while still preserving tenderness and mouthfeel.
The ingredient contributes approximately 12% dietary fibre and provides a valuable plant-based protein source, supporting more nutritionally balanced baked goods. It works particularly well in sponge cakes, muffins, traybakes, biscuits, and fillings where improved softness and shelf stability are desirable.
