The ADM Growers Club initiative, incorporates a series of protocols for the supply of wheat into our seven mills. These protocols allow local, committed and caring growers to help build a more sustainable environment for themselves and their futures. By creating a “Field to Flour” supply chain that links the breeder to grower on new varieties that will improve the consistency, quality and functionality of our flours. This initiative means that farmers can have more confidence to grow milling wheat as it guarantees final purchase of crop.
We have been connecting our primary flour customers with our “Field to Flour” supply chain for many years. The initiative allows those partnerships to move to the next stage, addressing evolving market requirements and supporting a longer term focus on sustainable production within British agriculture.
We have a desire to work with the best growers who are focused on continued improvement in their farming practices and delivering the best possible wheat. Below is an overview of our product flows, which all start with our world class origination capabilities.
