Our Code of Conduct : The ADM Way
The ADM Way explains who we are as a company and what we are here to do. It describes what we want to be in the future and what we will do to achieve that aim. It expresses what we value, what we focus on, and what is important to us. It creates a common understanding for all colleagues and for those who interact with us.
ADM has long maintained a Code of Conduct to help our company achieve the right results, the right way. The Code establishes high standards of honesty and integrity for all ADM colleagues and business partners, and sets forth specific policies to help ensure that our company conducts business fairly and ethically at all times, everywhere we operate. The Code also offers guidance on the appropriate handling of situations in which personal and business interests have the potential to conflict.

Our core values express what we expect of ourselves and each other. They guide our behavior, and they serve as the foundation for our decision making. In everything we do at ADM, we embrace and embody these values:

- Show Respect – Treat everyone and everything with care and consideration
- Achieve Excellence – Be great at what you do and keep getting better

- Practice Teamwork – Succeed together
- Take Responsibility – Own it. Don’t give up
