100% pass rate for Traffic Office Apprentice Ben

Ben Windrow from ADM Milling Seaforth has recentily completed a Traffic Office Apprenticeship and achieved an amazing 100% in his written assessment and practical assessment, giving him an overall distinction pass.

The programme itself develops the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to become a competent and productive traffic office clerk, it teaches each candidate supply chain practices and processes – including modes of transport, industry structures and legislation, technology – including effective use of TMS, Issuing feedback – how to conduct a driver debrief,  Communicating effectively with colleagues, customers, third party carriers and other organisations, Health and safety practices, procedures and regulations and much more.
